ATTENTION:

Hey, I just wanted you to know that I’m the only one running things here. While being a mom of three and working through my own mental health and healing, I really appreciate your patience. Please keep an eye on the Facebook page for the weekly self-care tips posting's and updates. Thank you for your support—it means a lot to me!

I hope in time I’ll be able to grow this and get some help running it, because I truly believe that with more knowledge and understanding of how to help ourselves, we can support each other in overcoming the stigma and healing. The Facebook page is always open for messages if you need help or if you have any requests for what you’d like to see added. Your input means the world to me!

I DONT THINK THE EMAIL LINK HERE IS WORKING PROPERLY AND I AM WORKING ON IT BUT UNTIL THEN PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING-EMAIL: lostandfoundjourneytoself@gmail.com

Note from Me to You:

This section is where I'll keep everyone updated on times I might need to step away. If you see a pause in activity, know it's not because I've abandoned this site or stopped caring. I’m navigating my own struggles, too—especially with depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges (GAD, social anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, and specific phobias). Sharing this helps me be transparent, so you know this space remains a priority, even on the days I’m focused on my own well-being.

Status Updates:

I want to start by saying I’m truly sorry. It feels like I’ve abandoned this site and everyone who came here looking for what I promised. That was never my intention, and it weighs heavy on me. I've been battling my own mental health challenges and, in the process, I’ve neglected to follow the very advice I’ve shared with others. I put too much hope into helping others as a way to heal myself—and that’s not how this works. I didn’t want to admit I wasn’t listening to my head and heart, or fully acknowledging how dark things had gotten for me.

So, right now, I need to step back, put everything down, and focus on picking myself up. But I want you to know—I won’t forget about you, and I hope you won’t give up on me or this mission. I’ll be back, stronger, ready to continue what we started together.

Welcome to Let’s Lose Ourselves Inc.

I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Let’s Lose Ourselves Inc. was born from a place of deep personal struggle, growth, and the desire to make sure that no one else has to face their challenges alone, scared, or lost like I once did. This website isn’t just a collection of resources; it’s built with the hope of becoming a community grounded in empathy, understanding, and the shared journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation.

My vision for Let’s Lose Ourselves Inc. is to create a space where you can explore your own journey towards healing, whether it’s from trauma, addiction, mental health challenges, or just the wear and tear of everyday life. I’ve poured my heart into this site with the hope that it will become a Guiding light for those seeking insight, support, and a community that truly understands on a personal level what you’re going through.

Here, you’ll find weekly self-care ideas, mental health tips, and resources designed to help you navigate your path with more clarity and support. But I want to be honest with you—I’m just one person, balancing my own struggles, a family, another job, and the demands of life. While I am deeply committed to this mission, there may be times when I can’t update the pages or the site as often as I’d like. I ask for your patience and understanding during those times. Please know that even in those gaps, my dedication to supporting you never wavers.

Let’s Lose Ourselves Inc. is about more than just surviving—it’s about thriving, finding peace, and reconnecting with who you truly are. I’m here to walk this journey with you as much as I can, and I hope that together, we can create a community that supports, uplifts, and empowers each other.

Thank you for being here, and welcome to the journey.
